Welcome to the IBEW 595 Flu Vaccination Program for 2023. All participants must be 18 years or older and must be IBEW 595 members or their dependents. An appointment is required.

Please be sure that you are feeling well and healthy at the time of your appointment. A Consent form will need to be completed as part of this program. Contraindications: If you are pregnant or possibly pregnant; if you are nursing a young child; if you have had an adverse reaction to a flu shot in the past; if you have had an adverse reaction to any vaccination in the past, then you are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to consult with your medical professional and receive his/her approval in order to participate.

BaySport will be providing the standard Intra-Muscular flu vaccine for the 2023-24 flu season as determined by the CDC. No other options will be available at this program.
After receiving your vaccination you may be asked by the provider to wait in the general area for 7-10 minutes in order to ensure that you continue to feel well and healthy.
