Welcome to the registration for the health screening event at SF Port Authority! Please log in or create a new account. Once you have an account, please choose an appointment time for your health screening.

Health screenings will include:

· Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, Triglycerides, TC/HDL Ratio, and Non-Fasting OR Fasting Glucose

· Blood Pressure

· Body Composition

· Body Mass Index

· Results review – Brief consulting with Clinical Health Appraisals staff. Each participant will be emailed their individual results.

Your individual health responses or Biometric Testing data will NOT be shared with your employer.

Please arrive on time for your health screening appointment.
