Event Information

Welcome to your BaySport biometric screening! The biometric tests will provide a snapshot of your health to help you discover new ways to stay in tip-top shape and learn about your personal health. The screening will include a FASTING or NON-FASTING fingerstick blood test for Total Cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol (fasting), Chol/HDL ratio, Non HDL-cholesterol, Triglycerides (fasting) and Glucose; a blood pressure check; a body mass index assessment; and a results consultation. A BaySport health coach will explain your results and may refer you to see your doctor if appropriate. Please allow 15-25 minutes for your biometric screening appointment.

If you wish to conduct a fasting screening (recommended but NOT required), please no food or calories for 8+ hours prior to your appointment time, but please take any medications as normal and drink water to keep hydrated.
